The following terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract (this "Agreement") between you (“you” or “your”) and Northern Light Gallery (“NLG”).

The Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein. We also have other policies and procedures including, without limitation, Shipping, Return Policy, Privacy Policy and others. Those policies contain additional terms and conditions, which apply to the Services and are part of this Agreement. YOUR USE OF THE SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. FURTHERMORE, BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT AND ARE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Site or any other Services.


Financial Data: PAYMENT THROUGH STRIPE

We accept all major International credit cards through Stripe and all of our orders are processed through Stripe, a 100% secure online payment system. We do not store any financial information such as valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date, etc. You are encouraged to review Stripe’s privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.

Pricing

All displayed prices exclude VAT. When shopping from within the EU, VAT is added at the checkout according to which country you are ordering from. When shopping from outside the EU there is no charge for VAT. Prices do not include shipping charges which will be calculated at checkout. NLG retains the right to change prices at any time.

Color Matching Disclaimer

Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.

At NLG.dk we use cookies in order to optimize our website and its functionality, to give you the best possible shopping experience when visiting www.nlg.dk. The cookie makes it possible to recognize your computer/IP-address and collect information about the pages and functions you visit. You can always decline cookies in pop-up bar when entering the site or delete cookies from your computer by disabling cookies in your browser.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 18. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 18, please contact us using the contact information provided below. 


 

Shipping

Shipping cost:

Currently we ship only to Europe and EFTA States. We are working on extending the list of the countries that we can service. If your country is not available when you check out, then please contact us at EMAIL so we can update the rates for you.



Rates for Europe:

  • First product: 38 dkk (5,10 €)

  • Each additional product: 2 dkk (0,25 €)

Rates for EFTA States:

  • First product: 71 dkk (9,49 €)

  • Each additional product: 2 dkk (0,25 €)



Fulfilment, delivery time and tracking:

All of our shipments can be tracked with our shipping partners. Our fulfilment time average is 2–5 business days. For orders shipped from our Europe location to a European destination, shipping can take between 5-10 business days after fulfillment. For orders shipped from our Europe location to non-EU regions, it can be between 10-20 business days.

We cannot take responsibility for delays out of our control such as customs delays etc.

Shipping to countries outside the EU

For shipping outside of the EU, any local customs or fees are not included in the shipping price. Whether or not custom fees will be charged is dependent on local legislation. The responsibility of such fees are solely the recipient’s and will not be accepted as a reason for refusing or returning the package.

 

Return Policy

Return Policy

It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders and do not offer size exchanges.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to our e-mail address, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our third-party facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our third-party facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
